SOLD These are so lovely.  Sterling silver and fresh water pearls.  The pearls catch light and reveal so many shades over their silvery grey base...greens, blues and even violets and lavenders can be seen in different kinds of light.  These pearls are an irregular smooth shape called 'potato'.  The color is called 'peacock'.  I tried to capture their beauty in the photos however, they are more lovely in real life.  Each cluster is made of 7 pearls, each on their own sterling silver headpin suspended beneath my hand formed earwires also of sterling silver.  Not much more needs be said.   These just barely hit the 1 1/2 inch mark on my ruler when measured from the highest point of the earwire to the very end of the cluster.
Classic pearls take you anywhere.  These are the same pearls as in the Silver Lining Pearl Necklet.
